Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred resolution and instantly download a prepaid UPS shipping label provided by State and Liberty.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Process

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received, your new exchange will ship or your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
